Christmas tree

Christmas is indeed the much-awaited celebration every year. Kids or adults, we all look forward with excitement and joy for that time of the year when we enjoy the home decorations, gift-giving, and time together with family and friends.

Even though it is going to be merry-making all the way, planning a party and buying gifts for your loved ones for Christmas can be overwhelming. There is so much to do, yet not enough time to do all of them. With Christmas less than twelve weeks away, we need to start planning for the celebration right now, else things can get messy.

Christmas tree wall decalChristmas tree wall decal is a great alternative to the regular Christmas tree that we generally have and decorate our homes with during the festive season.

This is especially useful when you have limited space in your home and want to enjoy the festivities all the same!!

I’m surprised that I have not so far purchased the Christmas tree wall decal and made my home look and feel more beautiful, elegant and enjoyable all these years.

Not that we have not had fun during the festive season but the idea of the stick and peel Christmas tree never occurred to me probably because we have always had a lot of room in our home to accommodate a huge Christmas tree just like the 7.5’ giant pine that we have at our place right now.

It would have been a wonderful idea if I had thought of decorating the plain walls and windows with these stick, peel and pack beauties year after year attracting our visitors’ attention and getting a pat on the shoulder for the beautiful decorative ideas.

deep breathingWe may have been born into loving families and we may be very well-educated but it is sad that very few human beings realize the fact that life is very short indeed and while we are in this world, we must make the most of it. We have been created for a definite purpose in this world.

Each one is born with different ethnicities and in different economic conditions. Despite the differences in colour, race and country, people live in harmony in most parts of the world. Unfortunately this has not been possible in certain disputed regions.

However, it is up to you to stay happy or otherwise in life. You don’t need anything in particular like money or material to be happy. Happiness is very much within each and every one of us. It is entirely dependent on our perception and approach to the different situations that confront us in the various phases of our life. Read the rest of this entry

Light up Christmas socksLight up Christmas socks are a great way to convey your Christmas greetings and express your love for your near and dear. Come Christmas and I am all excited (just like you and everyone else) planning how to make this year’s celebrations unique and more enjoyable than ever before.

Gifts, as we all know, are an important part of the Christmas tradition, so this year too I want to make my family happy by buying them something they would love to have and show off to their friends.

Getting them nice gifts is one thing, but presentation is more important than the actual gifting part, right?

It has never occurred to me before that the way you hand over your gifts is also very important, so I have always purchased the normal kind of stockings for stuffing gifts and have not so far owned the Christmas socks that light-up.

It would certainly be wonderful to stuff your children’s favorite things as gifts in these special kind of socks that blink and glow!!

All of a sudden I got inspired to put down a few thoughts into my blog for the first time. Normally I don’t voice my thoughts out loud as I have always kept a low profile.

When I became active online mainly to work on some assignments for my clients, I used to come across a few personal blogs that I used to follow and read with great interest too. I used to think that I was neither a celebrity nor a person with a lot of accomplishments and successes in life to write about my life, so never gave it a second thought.

Fujifilm X20 12 MP digital camera

The Fujifilm X30 12 MP Digital Camera with 3.0-Inch LCD caught my attention as I?was browsing the web looking for the latest digital camera (a high-end compact model) with advanced features and?improvement over its earlier versions with my budget in mind at the same time.

I may not be able to call myself an ace photographer but I’m certainly a photography enthusiast who likes to study the latest models of digital cameras available on the market and have my old camera of a few years replaced for love of the new features and the improved image quality. Isn’t it fun to go over our family pictures taken during a vacation or a get-together especially long after these occasions are over?
